I used a charcoal pencil to convey the bristles of each paintbrush. I used a Sharpie pen for the outline of the handle and the set of four lines on each brush. I had so much fun creating this and although I essentially drew the same thing 9 times, each paintbrush is unique and perfectly imperfect in my eyes.
